Our procedure for Custom order :
First, a 3D CAD representation is made by our designing team, which is then sent to the customer for confirmation.
Once you approve of it, we begin manufacturing. Delay in confirmation may lead to delay in making and delivery too.
And just before we ship the product out, we send videos and pictures for final confirmation. Only after the customer agrees, we ship it out.
With this procedure, we have ensured that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and we have never received a complaint from any customers.

Delivery
- Shipping time: Next working day (UK), 4-5 days (EU), approx. 7 days (Intl.)

- Made-to-order Items: Normally, It takes 3-4 weeks production time plus shipping time as above
- Bespoke Items: Normally, It takes 4-6 weeks production time plus shipping time as above
The Royal Mail Special Delivery service will typically be utilised for jewellery ordered via the online shop. This service operates within a 24-hour time frame, and an order dispatched by 3pm will be delivered by 1pm the following working day. For orders placed on a Friday, delivery will be the following Monday unless the customer requests a Saturday delivery in the Comments box before Checkout.
After making an order from our shop, you will receive a confirmation email or invoice, followed by a dispatch email. This dispatch email will contain your tracking number. You may track your package here.
.All deliveries must be signed for in person on receipt. If you are unable to sign for your package on delivery and the package is returned to us, you shall be responsible for all return and re-delivery charges. Lepos London will not bear any responsibility should an unauthorised person at the delivery address sign for your purchase. If you are away from the delivery address at the time of delivery, contact the courier to make suitable arrangements for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
